oh god I'm one of those people

Better in than out. When you live in New York in the post-9/11 era, and see even your best of friends on an embarassingly irregular basis, blogging may be the only way to get it out, assuming you prefer not abusing strangers on the subway.

I was verbally abused on an uptown M15? I think bus when a simple "pardon me, this is my stop" would have been just effective. So rude. Is a sense of entitlement just another category of rudeness? Emily Post said that good manners are for making the people around you feel comfortable.
